Our Injectable Options
Botox - Xeomin - Dysport
Neuromodulators are wrinkle-relaxing injections of botulinum toxin – commercially known as Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, or Xeomin – that are used to treat wrinkles, frown lines and crow’s feet. A minute amount of the neuromodulator is injected directly into the underlying muscle, causing it to relax and gradually smooth out the appearance of the overlying skin. The effects typically last about three months.
Juvederm Ultra Plus & Voluma - Belotero - Restalyn - Versa
Filler is a compound, usually comprised of hyaluronic acid [which also occurs naturally in the body], and does exactly what the name suggests — it fills in deep wrinkles and restores volume to areas where it is lost.

Like Botox and Dysport, Xeomin is a botulinum toxin type A, which is approved to treat wrinkles like the "11" lines between the brows and frown lines. Botox and Xeomin work by the exact same mechanism, which is blocking the signals from nerves to muscles, causing the muscles to relax and wrinkles to smooth out. The "primary difference between the products is that Botox has an accompanying, inactive protein, while Xeomin does not have additives," (Norman Rowe, MD, MHA, LLC., is a plastic surgeon and founder of Rowe Plastic Surgery) says. Xeomin is a purified form of the neurotoxin; it's manufactured in such a way that it removes accessory proteins from the active ingredient. "Foreign accessory proteins are not necessary to the function of the drug," he adds. So, you get the same results without injecting yourself with unnecessary proteins. (https://www.byrdie.com/xeomin)
In the Botox vs Dysport debate, you’ll come to find that it’s really difficult to compare the two injectables. Both Dysport and Botox are effective in reducing moderate to severe wrinkles and fine lines.
The biggest difference comes in the formulations of both injectables. Dysport is much more diluted and spreads quickly compared to Botox. This makes it great for larger surface areas like the forehead. Botox is much more potent, making it amazing for small areas and pesky wrinkles like Crow’s feet. That means the biggest difference comes down to how much injectable is used and how long it takes to work. (https://eternaldermatology.com/botox-vs-dysport-whats-the-difference/)

Restylane and Juvederm results are seen quickly and last for several months, but with slight variations.
Restylane takes a few days longer to work, and lasts around 10 months.
Juvederm lasts about one year. The initial results are instant.
Though Belotero and Juvederm are both dermal fillers, Belotero’s lower density makes it a better option for filling much finer lines and wrinkles than Juvederm.
The Belotero product range includes formulations with varying consistencies for treating very fine lines to deep folds, as well as for performing facial contouring, lip augmentation, and cheekbone enhancement.
The key factor that seems to make VERSA different than other HA fillers, like Allergan’s Juvederm, is its nearly non-existent post-injection swelling. VERSA has been shown to produce 24% less swelling than competing fillers. Injection specialists are loving this quality because it makes volume correction more precise and balanced, as they do not need to account for what is skin swelling and what is the actual product, especially when it comes to delicate areas like the undereye area.
